2. What you are buying
Programming with AI is a digital book (digital content) that you read online on abcdayz.com in a web browser. When you buy, you choose one, two or three of the 20 available language editions. Nothing is posted to you and no printed book is included.
3. Price and payment
The price is £5.99 in total for up to three language editions, as shown on the product page before you pay. Payment is taken by SumUp on its secure payment page; we never see or store your full card details.
4. How the contract is made
The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You then get access to the editions you selected straight away, together with a personal access link you can open on your other devices.
5. Your access
Your access is personal to you. You may read the book on your own devices but you may not share your access link publicly, resell it, copy the book or publish it elsewhere. If an access link is shared widely we may reissue it to you and switch off the old one.
We intend to keep your editions available online. If we ever have to withdraw the service, we will give you reasonable notice by email where we can.
6. Your right to cancel
For online purchases you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right ends once access begins if you have agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. You give that agreement by ticking the box on the product page before paying.
7. If something is wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem within a reasonable time, to some or all of your money back. If you cannot open your editions after paying, contact us and we will fix your access or refund you. See Refunds and problems.
8. Content of the book
The book is educational material about building software with AI tools. It does not guarantee any income or business result. AI tools change quickly, so some product names, features or screens may differ from what the book describes.
9. Complaints
Please email us first and we will try to sort things out quickly. If you are not satisfied, Citizens Advice can explain your options.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
