Refunds and problems

What to do if you cannot open the book, chose the wrong language, paid twice or think something is wrong with your purchase.

I paid but cannot open the book

First check the email address and payment in your SumUp receipt, then try opening your access link again in another browser. If it still does not work, email marek@designleaf.co.uk with your payment date and the email you used at checkout. We will restore your access or, if we cannot, refund you in full.

I was charged twice

Email us with both payment receipts and we will refund the duplicate payment to the card you used.

I chose the wrong language

Contact us soon after buying and tell us which edition you meant to choose. We will try to help.

Something in the book is wrong or does not work

Tell us what you found. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to have faulty digital content repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible, to a price reduction or refund.

Cancelling

Because the book is digital content supplied immediately, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once access begins, provided you agreed to this before paying. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card used for the purchase through SumUp. Your bank may take a few working days to show the money. When a purchase is refunded, access to it is switched off.
