Use this guide if your employer has told you your job is at risk of redundancy. Have your contract, recent payslips, your start date and any letters or emails about the redundancy.

1. Read everything you have been sent

   Note the reason given, the proposed timetable and who is affected. Check whether you are in a selection pool and how people will be selected. Write down any questions as you read.
